Shipping is FREE to United States for orders over USD $70.
IMPORTANT UPDATE:
After your order is complete, it takes us 1-3 business days to process your order and get it ready for the shipping centre. Please expect 7-14 days after order processing to receive your package, depending on your location. Occasionally, packages may face delays beyond our control, such as customs or postal delays so please kindly understand.
Tracking:
Once the order is shipped, please allow 1-3 days for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note your order is actually on the way, and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status. After that period, you can track your order on our tracking page.
Wrong Address
It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided the wrong shipping address.
Lost or stolen package
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier. Order Cancellation
We can not cancel the order once it's processed and shipped out. Please contact our customer service before you receive a shipment confirmation email.
If you have already received a shipment confirmation email, that means your order has left our warehouse, and it is on its way to you.
